Kings Lynn & District Motor Club 2024 Trophy Winners

The Kings Lynn & District Motor Club (KLDMC) proudly celebrated its 2024 trophy winners at a special presentation evening held at The Carpenters Arms, East Winch.

The awards evening recognised outstanding achievements across various motorsport disciplines, including driver and navigator awards in rallies, off-road events, and gymkhanas. Special recognition was also given to those who have contributed significantly to the club’s activities, particularly in promotion and marshalling duties.

The Smalley family took centre stage on the night, with father Paul Smalley and sons Mathew and David securing multiple trophies for their excellent performances throughout the year. Additionally, newcomer Sam Hooton was awarded the Novice Navigator trophy for his impressive first year with the club.

KLDMC continues to play an active role in the local motorsport scene, organising popular classic car runs and supporting community events such as the Hunstanton Soap Box Race, where members volunteer as start and finish marshals and scrutineers.
